Return & Exchange Policy

As the customer himself or his authorized representative will accept the delivery of order from JEWELLERY DESIGN after verifying the product at JEWELLERY DESIGN itself, generally, there will not be any case of returning the product or its exchange as it happens in the case of door delivery.

Hence, all such cases shall be treated at par with the cases of offline transactions and the prevailing policy for return or exchange of the products.

In case of home delivery, the customer shall return the product within 7 working days. We shall check the condition of the product and other quality parameters including weight, etc. within the next 7 working days and process the refund thereafter. Hence, refund may take approximately 15 working days. If product is not returned within 7 working days, then JEWELLERY DESIGN shall not be liable to accept the return of product under any circumstances.

As the charge to your credit card/account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment we will provide a refund to your account via the respective payment gateway.

If required, JEWELLERY DESIGN shall replace the items free of charge if possible or issue a refund for the cost of goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. We will refund the purchase price. Refunds will only be made after we have received the product undamaged and in its original packaging.
