Shipping Policy

We provide free shipping all over India. We will ship the product to your doorstep free of charge all over India. Also, customers can pick up or collect the product by themselves from JEWELLERY DESIGN between 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM from Monday to Saturday (as per their convenience).

Please note

If the Customer chooses the option of collecting the product by themselves from our shop then they need to bring a photocopy of any of the following photo id proofs handy for receiving the delivery.

1.Pan card

2.Driving License

3.Passport

4.Voters card

 

Our customer service may contact you for additional information if required.

If some person other than the customer approaches for acceptance of delivery, then his/her photo ID will also be required.

Cancellation Policy

1. Jewellery Design does not encourage cancellation of order once placed. However, the following considerations shall be taken into account.
2. A customer places the same order more than once for the same product and same quantity within a span 24 hours.
3. Cancellation shall be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders are already shipped.

Delivery time - 5-7days

Returns and exchange

The customer or his authorized representative is allowed to accept the delivery of order from JEWELLERY DESIGN after verifying the product with us. Please note that we don't accept any returns, therefore, we ask you to be mindful while placing your order.

However, we do allow exchange. We have a stipulated time frame for exchange, i.e., within 7 days after the delivery date. We will allow you to swap your item for one of equal or more value if you are unhappy with it for any reason.
